New Classes in August

A new class series will start August 12 and will contact 6 modules about Vibrational Healing. This information is not being taught elsewhere and will prove to be a good learning experience.

You can attend all the modules for free!

Don't worry if there are modules you cannot attend, a class recording will be available for a small fee for download file or Compact Disc.

Pre-registering is easy. I just need a decent head count so registering is not necessary but should be done if you have any questions about setting up access to the chat classes.

Hello all,

2007 has brought countless blessings for me and my family. I'm so glad to have a way to share that blessing with each of you. Several months ago I was asked to be an instructor through a website called Earth Borne Rising. This site is maintained by some incredibly beautiful people.

My online classes started May 13. The first series was the Akashic Field Learning Series. The final class of that series will be held June 3 called How Soul Memory Affects our Daily Life.

The next learning series will be exciting. It begins on June 24 and ends August 12.

Summertime is finally here. I'm excitely anticipating the warmth of more sunlight on my face. Being outdoors in nature is wonderful! I don't know about you but I'm much happier when the sun is shining. It's so uplifting. I love the flowers blooming in my back yard.

During the summer months be sure to take time for yourself. Enjoy the opportunity to be outside doing something you have harmony with.

I appreciate all the emails that have been sent to me lately. I am always available to answer any questions you may have. I really enjoy hearing from all of you. I feel so close to everyone who stumbles across my site.

I am always reminded that each of us is part of the global community. It can be difficult to remember that fact. We are interconnected by our nature. Each of you change the world one minute at a time when you are kind to yourself, help another or simply share a smile. Reach out to others, share your kindness and compassion and watch it return to you ten-fold.

Happy New Year!

Well it's been awhile since my last post. Couldn't believe it was September! During the Fall, I took some much needed time for personal reflection, meditation and relaxation. I highly recommend that everyone take more time to slow down. I was blessed to be able to take time for myself, about 2 months. I know that each of you don't necessary have that ability but find more ways to live your life, enjoy it and live in gratitude. I guarantee it will add years to your life.

Some exciting news in my Akashic Field work. New information and collaboration have made it possible to add some new beneficial aspects to these sessions. Evolving this method is very exciting. We will soon be well beyond what we could have imagined two years ago.

With that, I'll get back to work now as I look outside and enjoy the beautiful day.

Make September a Flexible Month!

There are so many wonderful changes around us each and every day. September seems to be a month of change lately. Change can be scary sometimes but ultimately the world is ever changing and so should our perceptions about life. When I was a child, I resisted change so much, I could get cranky at the slightest alteration of a plan. It's a miracle that I'm so down to earth now. :)

Whenever we are faced with the unexpected, I feel we are being prepared or taught how to flow in greater acceptance of life. It doesn't mean we will move with grace through each moment but we are given the opportunity to look at those areas where change makes us feel uncomfortable.

Whenever I become attached to things, I find that all my plans fall apart. After many years of learning how to "go with the flow", I simply laugh at myself when I get a bit upset about things not going my way. After all, control over the events in our lives is really at best illusionary.

Take a look at how much you are attached to your plans in life. Whether it's a plan for the day, an event, a long term goal you have in mind etc. How flexible are you? When do you get upset? Can you let go of things easily, or does that present a real issue for you?

I found that I became alot happier when I learned to have greater flexibility in my life.

Sending Compassion to You!

Hello everyone. It's been a great summer so far and it's almost time for kids to go back to school already. I have had a great couple months since my last post to my blog. I realized today I have not posted in quite some time.

I am about to take a vacation and am traveling to Colorado for a Buddhist meditation retreat for 9 days. I am very much looking forward to the teachings we will get during that time. I will have plenty of time to rest and rejuvenate. As a mother of 4, wife and healer it can be challenging to get time to myself to simply be still and listen to my own inner guidance. :)

We all have busy schedules and it is so easy for weeks and months to go by without any down time or leisure time to simply read a book, do your favorite hobby or even take a nap.

So take some time for yourself this next week and recharge your batteries. Live in the present moment and enjoy it.

I will post again when I return so I can share any new wisdom I have gained. Have fun for the rest of the summer and may you have many miracles!

Announcing my new book project!

I've been away from my blog for quite awhile and I've missed writing about my current activities and sharing more about me. It's been a great couple of months though. I have had many new spiritual awarenesses. I have enjoyed many momnets of great mindfulness about life. Being a human being is becoming a huge priviledge. We can have a beautiful and joyous life if we try to see reality. We must see truth in order to release our suffering.

Don't ever give up in life if you are trying to grow. Acknowledge that simply trying is enough. Just because things get hard or there is resistance in our lives, turn your thoughts to your opportunities for growth instead of a pessimistic viewpoint. We do have a choice about what thoughts we allow to flourish and others that we leave untended.

We can chose to spread unconditional love and happiness to those around us. When we do so then we create good karma for ourselves. Doing this more and more will bring happiness and well-being into your daily experiences.

I have started working on my newest book (again). It is a visionary fiction novel called: Angel Incarnate: the Birth of Chirolae Jonais. I have been working on it for two years. I have alot of new things coming together to allow me to finish it. I have a dear friend editing it and a wonderful artist doing concept sketches for me as illustrations.

The book is about Catherine. She's a social worker in the Midwest. Catherine is really an angel that has taken human form but she's forgotten who she is due to some traumatic life experiences. God and the angels are trying to get her to wake up. She must go through and conquer many human fears to become and transform to her truest self. The book allows you the reader to go on the journey with her.

I think the book will be completed by November. The manuscript keeps growing each day. I am enjoying the consistent writing, in between all my client sessions. I learn so much from my clients. :)

On the Road Again...

Hello everyone. I'm packing up to get to the Journey to Enlightenment Conference in Iowa this weekend. I have a workshop I'm presenting on the Akashic Records so it will be lots of fun getting to meet some new people! There are alot of wonderful authors participating!

People are signing up for the NEW teleclasses I'll be starting on April 8. I'm very excited about being able to teach by telephone and do more with those of you that want to learn about some interesting subjects. Hour long class fees are only $25.00 if you live in the US or Canada and the call is free.

If you live in another country, class fees will be a bit higher but there may be a way in most cases for the call to be free. Just email me if you want to participate and we'll see what we can do. Click here to learn more about the new classes that will be held bi-weekly.

WOW has it been over a month since my last post

Hello all.

I'm happy to report that all is well in the Akashic Field. I've been hearing from client after client how beneficial this work is and it makes me very happy.

The first weekend in March I was at the Spirit, Mind, Body fair and it was simply wonderful. So much love and communion between myself and those attending. It was almost overwhelming!

I'm off to Iowa next month for another expo and am looking forward to doing a lecture there on the Akashic Records.

If you haven't heard about my trip to egypt in November of this year, you should check out the information on my site. This is not just any trip, it is not a tourist trip, it is a SPIRITUAL PILGRIMAGE. I will be the spiritual leader on this journey leading group clearings and meditations and individual sessions while aboard the cruise ship we will take down the Nile River to Abydos for part of the journey we will make before returning to our hotel underneath the shadow of the Great Pyramid.

It's Time For WOW!

It's a new and beautiful year and we can all expect that great things are coming for each of us. It's always exciting for me as we begin a new energy cycle and prepare for the coming year. We all have the power to let go of the past and embrace new possibilities in our lives. The upcoming event I'm are part of this upcoming weekend in Los Angeles, CA is all about that embrace of life and empowerment for everyone. I'm excited to be participating in such a powerful event.

The books are set to arrive soon and some are being sent directly to the Bodhi Tree Bookstore for promotion at the event. I'm so glad everything flowed together and just perfectly on time. :)

IT IS FINISHED!!!

My new book finally made it off to the editor yesterday evening. Whew....it is a relief to have it finally finished. I have about 4-5 to relax just a bit until the document returns for finalization. Books will be available for purchase around January 21, 2006 from my website and other online book stores.

An update on the distance training. It's going very, very well and I'm excited to be working with the current group. They are awesome. I love doing the training this way as I get more one on one time with my students than I do in a big group setting.

I will have my first distance training graduate in just a couple of short weeks.

Off I go to play in the Akashic Field again!

Release date set!!!! January 21, 2006

I'm very excited today since the book is finally in editing and will be published and release on January 21, 2006. It has taken so much to get it done and I appreciate the continued support of family and friends.

I will be traveling January 21, 2006 to speak at the national conference, The Wow Fest which is very exciting. The book will be released there officially and then available for purchase via my website when I return.

Since the holidays are now here, I am always reminded to be very grateful for all the gifts that I have in my life. Use this time to realize what gifts you have and be grateful. Spend time doing for yourself as well since this time is often hectic with balancing the demands of work and family.

An Opportunity to Learn

This week I'm getting students ready to go for the first ever distance learning opportunity. I have reorganized my regular training into 4 sections so they can be learned over time. I have 3 new students already signed up.

If you've been interested in learning AFT for yourself or as an addition to your healing practice, now is a good time to sign-up. I can only accomodate 10 active students at the same time so space is limited but only until a student completes their training. Slots are available on a first come, first serve basis.

I really love this idea of working one on one since it will give me more time with each of my students to help them develop their skills with the method. All of my students know I take a very profound interest in their success with this method.

The WOW Festival! How Exciting

I hope everyone is having a wonderful week. It's been crazy here but I'm used to that for sure.

The WOW Fest (Walk on Water Festival) has just announced who their keynote speaker is for their January 21, 2006. It's Dr. Masaru Emoto, the world famous scientist from the hit film, What the Bleep Do We Know!? Dr. Emoto will speak in-depth on his scientific research that suggests that thought has an impact on physical matter; specifically water, which is 80% of the human body. I was already thrilled to be a part of this event as a featured speaker on Akashic Field TherapySM but now I'm more excited. I've used his water pictures in many classes to show that our thoughts have energy and even mere words do too.

New Book Release Date and New Distance Learning

Hello everyone. Thanks for all the support in recent weeks.

Just to let everyone know, I've begun my client practice again and love the ability to work with everyone and do my part to help.

I'm Back After a Brief Journey Into the Unknown

It's been more than a month since I posted due to an unfortunate occurence in my life. My husband was involved in a near fatal car accident on August 9, 2005. I am happy to report that he will make a full recovery over the next year and be able to walk again.

I share this with all of you in order to let you know why I've been absent and also to share a simple truth of life with all of you. Never take what you have in your life for granted. Life is impermanent, nothing remains forever. Cherish each moment you have alive as a gift. Never let a moment go by without expressing your love for yourself and others you hold dear.

I have been through a trial by fire and learned much during this whole experience. I have felt the most intense emotions and embraced even the shadows during this past month.

My husband and I have lived the past year and half not taking our lives together for granted. Had the path been different and he left this world, I would have had no regrets other than my own need for more time with him on our journey.

Look at your lives, do you express the value of those things you hold dear? It's so important to understand that what you have now may not be there tomorrow. I say this not to instill fear but to tell you all to embrace life and be happy with the gifts you have been given. It is more important than anything else I could teach or discover for myself.

My book release will be delayed but not indefinitely. I will return to my posts now and have continued my healing work which is still as rewarding as ever.

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you and So Let It Be!

It's a wonderful Saturday evening. I've been working on my book this evening. It's really coming together and I'm continually inspired to work on this and make it even better. Tomorrow's my birthday so I wanted to take the day off from writing to enjoy my wonderful family.

I always end my clearing requests and affirmations with "Thank you, Thank you, Thank you and So Let it Be". Today I was reflecting on this statement by looking at my own life and really appreciating the good in my life. We often worry about the things that are out of balance without taking an inventory of what is going well or those things for which we can be grateful for.

I myself can make a growing list of my blessings. There was a time that this list was fairly short but it continues to grow as I focus on what I have rather than what I have not. Try this in your own life consistently and see how your perceptions shift!

I'm excited about those of you who are casting your vote for my new book cover and really appreciate your input.

Well I'm off to sleep now and will wake up tomorrow to celebrate and be thankful for the date of my birth into this world.

Everything in Due Time...

Hello everyone.

I was reminded again today how we must get out of the way sometimes to allow our manifestations to be fully realized.

I had been trying to meet a deadline with my book in order for them to be available by September 24, 2005 for a speaking engagement in LA. It was a truly crazy schedule I had set for myself, attainable but crazy.

I was informed today that the conference was changing dates to January 2006. What a relief for me and also a good lesson to not push so very hard in life because if we do we may make things a bit crazy instead of accessing the nature flow of things.

I now have more time, though it's almost done and ready for publication. I decided to do something fun on my website. I need help from everyone to pick the new cover of my book. I have several designs and want to get my client's feedback on them. That should be posted to my site later today!

So today access the nature flow, get out of your own way and watch for miracles!!!

Hooray a Title At Last!!!

It's a beautiful day today. I'm taking a short break from writing right now. I was very happy today since I've finally figured out what to call my new book. I wanted the title to really explain the book well. I had about 10 different ideas and of course my final idea was the one that my friends and associates thought was the best one.

The book is going to be called: Akashic Field Affirmations: Heal your Past & Create your Future! I am so glad to finally have that confirmed and set.

I recently got the opportunity to work with an entire family in India. I love to work with my international clients because I get the opportunity to interact with different cultures. It's so nice to see how my work translates to their unique cultural situations. The response has been wonderful. I will be working on specific charts in the future for various cultures. I'm sure that will take along time to put together but very worth it.

Well back to writing for now. I wish everyone blessings today at all levels!

Keeping up with the Energy~

Well it's going to be another busy day as I actively prepare my very first book for printing. The work I do one on one with my clients is wonderful but I have wanted to provide a guide for people to use to access their own Akashic Field and help themselves. Lot's of people have been giving me great feedback about the tools I use for follow-up to my sessions. To learn more about my sessions, click here.

It's alot of work to make this deadline on August 19 but I'm up to the challenge. The publishing release date is October 15, 2005. I've learned alot about self-publishing and have been guided by some great folks! I also couldn't do it without my wonderful assistant Monica. She's a gem! As I write and rewrite, I'm amazed that the summer is fast drawing to an end. The days sure fly by anymore don't they?
